Project details
In Gaza, Eid arrives… but it doesn't resemble the Eid we know. Homes without the smell of cooking, children who don't know what meat looks like, and mothers who try to create joy out of nothing. Umm Mahmoud, a widow and mother of four, once said: "For us, Eid meant bread and oil… but last year we received meat from an association, my children couldn't believe it… they felt that there really was Eid." And this is exactly where the Eid Sacrifices Project comes in. Not just slaughtering and distributing, but a genuine participation in the joy of people who have been deprived of it for years.
Why is the project important?
• Because there are thousands of homes that don't get meat unless someone remembers them.
• Because the sacrifice is an act of worship, but also an opportunity to build bridges of compassion.
• And because when you entrust us, your sacrifice reaches people who truly need it, with dignity, and at the proper religious time.
What we provide?
• Purchasing and slaughtering sacrifices (sheep or cattle) in accordance with Shariah rulings.
• Packaging the meat in a hygienic and safe manner.
• Distributing it to in-need families in the most deprived areas.
• Full documentation to ensure transparency.
Who benefits?
• Orphans.
• Widows.
• Families that have lost their breadwinner.
• People who spend Eid without a source of income.
Your sacrifice can change the Eid of an entire household.
Joy isn't always about its size… sometimes it's a portion of meat arriving at the right time. You can be the reason. We are all with your sacrifice, and let goodness reach those who are waiting for it.
Your sacrifice… dignity, reward, and genuine joy
