"Ataya" distributes zakat funds to displaced families

As part of its ongoing relief projects, the Ataya Charitable Association distributed the obligatory zakat to a number of displaced families, in an urgent response to their suffering and to mitigate the effects of displacement and deprivation.

This distribution comes within the Association's commitment to delivering financial rights to those entitled, and to strengthening the principles of social solidarity amid the difficult conditions experienced by the displaced.

"Ataya" affirmed that zakat funds are spent in accordance with Shariah regulations and in a way that ensures they reach the most in-need groups, calling on benefactors to continue their support amid the expanding scope of need.
