"Ataya" feeds fasting displaced people amid humanitarian suffering

Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by the displaced, Ataya Charity Association implemented the Iftar for the Fasting project, targeting hundreds of families who lost their shelter and struggle to survive in harsh displacement conditions.

Ataya’s field teams distributed ready-made iftar meals to fasting people at displacement sites, as part of an urgent response to alleviate the suffering of hunger and deprivation, especially amid the absence of food security and intensifying crises.

The association affirmed that this initiative continues its approach to supporting the most needy groups and reinforcing the values of solidarity and compassion, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.

"Ataya" called on all humanitarian actors and institutions to double efforts in supporting the displaced and meeting their basic needs.
