Amid the severe humanitarian conditions faced by the people of the Gaza Strip, especially in the southern areas, Ataya Charitable Association continues its "Water Provision" project to supply clean, potable water to affected and displaced families.
The project aims to distribute water via tankers and storage tanks to the most in-need areas, in camps and shelters, where families suffer a severe shortage of clean water due to infrastructure destruction and scarce resources; through this project the association seeks to alleviate the suffering of the population, especially children, women, and the elderly, who face daily challenges securing their basic water needs.
The project has been implemented in several areas in the southern Gaza Strip, targeting thousands of families who suffer from the absence of potable water, contributing to improving residents' living and health conditions.
This initiative is part of a series of relief projects implemented by the association to support the resilience of Gaza’s residents in the face of the ongoing siege and aggression. The association affirms its commitment to continuing its efforts to meet the basic needs of the population across the various areas of the Strip.
